We offer a 100-night trial period. If you’re not completely in love with your mattress after 100 nights you can return your product, even if you’ve used it. You will get a full refund.

Once you receive your Lytton Sleep Mattress, your 100 night trial begins, you are able to try out your mattress within that time frame to see if it’s a great fit for you. We ask you to try the product for a minimum 30 days, this is to give your body adequate time to adjust. If you still don't like it, we will pick up your mattress for you, free of charge.

For returns within the 100 night trial, simply send an email to hi@lyttonsleep.com including the following information:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Product

We will get back to you as soon as we can. Usually within 24 hours.

Your refund will be issued once your return has arrived in our warehouse. It can take 2-4  business days for the refund to be reflected on your method of payment.

No, our 100-night trial and 20-year warranty are provided only to the original customer, and aren't transferable.

Your mattress is made to order, meaning we only start making it once you place your order. Mattresses will be delivered in 2-3 weeks after the order date.

Yes, shipping is free within the contiguous U.S.

No, your mattress will be left at your doorstep.

Yes, you will be sent a tracking number that will provide you with updates every step of the way.

All mattresses are delivered inside a corrugated box.

1. First, unbox your mattress, be careful not to cut too deep. Our mattress will be wrapped in protective plastic but a sharp knife could potentially cause damage.

2. Carefully remove the plastic and place your mattress at the foot of the bed.

3. Watch the magic unfold as your new Lytton mattress unravels and expands!

4. And voila! Your new mattress is ready for use within minutes. Allow up to 48 hours for full expansion. Enjoy!

No, we do not dispose of old mattresses.

The Lytton mattress is compatible with any bed frame.

The Lytton mattress has been designed and constructed to handle all different weights and sizes. Your mattress comes with a 20 year warranty that protects you from any sinking your mattress does.

The mattress is made in the Unites States.

Yes, you can sleep on the mattress right after its unboxed, but we do recommend to sleep on it 24 hours after its been opened, so the mattress can take its full shape.

Yes, the Lytton mattress can be placed on any bed base.

No, but if you want to clean the mattress, we recommend spot cleaning for best results.
