How is it shipped, and how long until it fully expands?
The Lytton Comfort Split once constructed, is compressed, folded, and rolled into a large cardboard box. Queen, King, and California King orders are double-boxed to ensure your mattress arrives undamaged. Once received, your Lytton mattress will reach its intended height within 12 to 24 hours.
How can I initiate an exchange?
Lytton sleep is one of the few mattress company that allows a no-return exchange. The Lytton Split Comfort Exchange can be unzipped to reveal a swappable firmness layer. If you'd like to initiate an exchange, don't hesitate to contact our team at hello@lyttonmattres.com to begin the exchange process. If you've purchased a Queen, King or California King size mattress, you've got even more options, as you may only want to exchange one side's foam layer.
