Your new LYTTON SLEEP mattress is covered by a 20 year limited warranty
Lytton Sleep will replace mattresses sold in the Unites States if it is defective due to bad material defects or manufacturing workmanship, subject to the limitations in this Warranty. Lytton Sleep accepts no responsibility of the quality of the mattress except as otherwise provided in this Warranty. There are no other Warranties beyond Lytton Sleep's Warranty described hereof.
This Limited Warranty applies to Mattresses, and only for Mattresses, purchased from www.lyttonsleep.com
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, LYTTON SLEEP will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
The Limited Warranty DOES NOT cover:
Damage or abuse made to the materials or structure of the mattress, damages/abuse includes, but not limited to: liquid damage, tears, burns, cuts or rips of the mattress.
A normal increase in softness due to normal usage to the mattress. (make sure to rotate mattress 180 degrees every 3-6 months for optimal performance)
Your Comfort/Firmness preference. LYTTON does not guaranty the feel preference of any LYTTON mattress. Any Firmness or comfort level provided by LYTTON is solely a suggestion or guideline and LYTTON does not guarantee the firmness or softness quality of any mattress.
Odors, Molds and/or discoloration caused by abnormal care including, but not limited to liquid or food spills.
How long does the coverage last?
The Limited Warranty Period for Mattresses purchased from lyttonsleep.com is 20 years from the date of purchase.
A replacement mattress or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Mattress from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
Damage's associated with an improper foundation, bed frame, box spring or base as determined by LYTTON SLEEP.
Mattresses sold by unauthorized retailers or any re sellers.
Any approved warranties will be issued a replacement mattress.
What do you have to do to claim the warranty?

LYTTON SLEEP offers a 100 night sleep trial. We recommend sleeping on your mattress for at least 30 days so your body can get use to the feel of the mattress. If you go all 100 nights without liking the feel of the mattress & still want to return it, we will send someone to pick up the mattress, once the mattress is delivered to our warehouse we will issue a full refund. If you have purchased a mattress once, and exchange for another lytton mattress, it is non-refundable. Refunds will only be made to orders that have purchased through the lyttonsleep.com website, with a limit of 3 mattresses per year per household.
